LA LA Land Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin Listoke
- 1/2 oz Padró & Co Rojo Amarco Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 1/8 oz La Fée Absinthe
- 1 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Milk Powder
- 2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
- Muddled Kumquat
- “Rosebud” Cocktail Perfume
Garnish: Begonia Flower Pink
Method:
In a cocktail shaker gently muddle kumquat to release aromatics.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with a spray of “Rosebud”Cocktail Perfume.
